Where is My Code?

Find your code. The digital access code was printed or written on a card you received after your tour. The code, highlighted in red here, consists of four characters, letters and/or numbers, and can be entered upper or lower case into the "View My Tour" bar at www.getourvideo.com.

Code Not Found?

Your videos and photos can take up to 8 hours to fully upload after your tour. If you are still having trouble accessing your page 8 hours or more after your tour try the steps below.

Make sure your code is typed correctly. Common characters that may be confused are: I and 1 and L, 0 and O, S and 5, B and 8. Please look at the code carefully.

No Videos or Photos?

Videos and Photos can take up to 8 hours to fully upload and become available. Try opening www.getourvideo.com in a different browser. For example, if you are using Google Chrome, try opening the website in Internet Explorer.
